Appointments can be scheduled, rescheduled, or canceled by calling or texting our office at 585-586-4080, whichever is easiest for you. We appreciate at least 24 hours’ notice when possible, but we understand that schedules change and will always do our best to accommodate you.
We recommend arriving a few minutes early so we can begin your appointment on time and keep things running smoothly. If you’re running late, a quick text lets us adjust and be ready for you.
Family members and loved ones are always welcome. Parents may sit chairside if they’d like, and our lobby offers Wi-Fi, coffee, and comfortable seating for anyone who prefers to relax or work during the appointment.

Wires can feel pokey, aligners may feel tight, or something may just not feel quite right. When that happens, the most important thing to know is that you don’t need to panic or try to figure it out on your own.
If you’re unsure whether something is urgent, the best next step is to call or text our office. Our team can help assess what’s going on and guide you on what to do next. You’re always welcome to send a photo if that makes it easier to explain what you’re experiencing.
